In the future I would like to have the ability to launch a blind strike. This mean I can select a non target hex to launch a strike against. This would allow you to attack an area on a hunch or simply to get aircraft off the deck for an impending strike.
This would be possible and interesting A kind of seek and destroy mission
The strike goes towards its target hex. Once it reaches it, it starts patrolling around it (0,1 or 2 hexes around depending if the size) If an enemy naval force is detected in the area, it attacks it and returns to base afterwards
At any time, it should be possible - to cancel the mission - change the target hex - assign a real target
May be some preferences of target to be defined by the player ?
